Objective

Update the data of an existing automation rule: name, webhook URL, service, fields or status.

Before starting

• Locate the rule in the list.
• Have AUTOMATIONS: WRITE.

Step by step

1. Enter the Automations module.
2. Locate the rule.
3. In the row, click the Edit icon (pencil).
4. Modify the necessary fields.
5. Confirm with Save.

Expected result

• The rule is updated.
• If the webhook URL changed, the next firings will go to the new URL.
• The system shows a success message.

Common errors

Situation	What to do
The Edit icon does not appear	The user does not have AUTOMATIONS: WRITE.
The changes do not apply	Check the connection.
The changed URL keeps receiving traffic	Coordinate with the endpoint team to ensure the previous URL is no longer used.
