Objective

Consult the complete history of bank transactions: registrations, thawings, discards, transfers and related movements.

Before starting

• Read access to the History submodule.

Step by step

1. Enter the Gamete bank module and open the History sub-route.
2. The screen shows a paginated list with the transactions.
3. Use the available filters:
   • Free search (text).
   • Sample type (Oocytes, Sperm, Embryos).
   • Transaction type (IN, OUT, TRANSFER).
   • Date range.
4. To view the detail of a transaction, click on the row.
5. A side drawer opens with the detail: sample, patient, position, date, responsible and observations.
6. Optionally, open the patient summary drawer from the transaction detail.

Expected result

• The list shows the transactions with their applied filters.
• The detail drawer allows viewing all the information of the operation.
• The patient summary drawer shows their basic information.

Common errors

Situation	What to do
The filters return no results	Expand the date range or remove filters.
The drawer does not show the detail	Check the connection; the detail is loaded asynchronously.
Recent transactions are missing	Refresh the page; the system may take a few seconds to register.

Suggested permissions

• GAMETE_BANK_HISTORY: READ (included with any level of the submodule).

Operational recommendations

• Review the history periodically as part of the operational reconciliation.
• Export the history (when applicable) for audit support.

Relation with other modules

• Storage: all storage operations are recorded here.
• Patients: the patient summary drawer allows viewing the basic record.
• Cash box (CryoBank): transactions do not include charges; charges are consulted in Cash box.
