Objective

Maintain the catalog of tags used to classify records in several modules: appointments, patients, prescriptions, etc. Each tag has a name, color and status.

How the screen is organized

p-table table with the columns: name, color (chip), status and actions.

Available actions

  • Create tag: high dialog with name, color (selector) and status.
  • Edit tag: adjust name, color or status.
  • Activate or deactivate: the tag stops appearing in the selectors.
  • Delete: requires TAGS: ADMIN.

Permissions

  • TAGS: WRITE to create and edit.
  • TAGS: ADMIN to delete.

Before starting

  • Define the tag nomenclature (for example: "Urgent", "Agreement", "VIP", "Priority study").
  • Know the available colors or use the system color picker.

Step by step - Create

  1. Go to Catalogs -> Tags.
  2. Click New tag.
  3. Enter: name, color, status.
  4. Confirm.

Expected result

  • The tag is registered.
  • It appears as an option in the selectors of the modules that consume it.
  • The system shows a success message.

  • Standardize tag names to avoid duplicates.
  • Limit the number of tags to those the team actually uses.

  • Schedule: tags are assigned to appointments.
  • Patients: tags can be assigned to patients.
  • Prescriptions: medication and template tags are a different catalog.
