Objective

Maintain the catalog of medical groups used to classify services and define the availability of HCPs in the schedule. Each group has a name, description and color (which is reflected in the calendar).

How the screen is organized

Table with search and the columns: name, color (chip), status, actions.

Available actions

  • Create group: high dialog with name, color and status.
  • Edit group: adjust name, color or status.
  • Activate or deactivate: the group stops being available.
  • Delete: requires MEDICAL_GROUPS: ADMIN.

Permissions

  • MEDICAL_GROUPS: WRITE to create and edit.
  • MEDICAL_GROUPS: ADMIN to delete.

Before starting

  • Define the groups that the clinic manages (for example: "Andrology", "Gynecology", "Assisted reproduction", "Laboratory").
  • Assign representative colors for the schedule.

Step by step - Create

  1. Go to Catalogs -> Medical groups.
  2. Click New group.
  3. Enter: name, description, color, status.
  4. Confirm.

Expected result

  • The group is registered.
  • It appears as an option when associating with a service or an HCP.
  • The system shows a success message.

  • Limit the number of groups to those the clinic actually uses.
  • Document the group - services - HCPs relationship.

Relation with other modules

  • Services: each service belongs to one or more groups.
  • Medical and staff: HCPs are associated with groups to define their availability.
  • Schedule: the group color defines the appointment color in the calendar.
  • Medical studies: groups determine which dialogs and services are used.
