Objective

Visualize a Metabase dashboard from the application, without needing to access the Metabase server directly.

Before starting

• Have read access to the Dashboard module.
• Know which dashboard you want to consult (or search by name).

Step by step

1. Enter the Dashboard module from the side menu.
2. Locate the dashboard in the list (use search or filter by collection).
3. Click on the dashboard.
4. The embed modal opens with the dashboard loaded in an iframe.
5. Interact with the dashboard (filters, drill-down, etc.) from the modal.
6. Close the modal with the X.

Expected result

• The modal shows the functional Metabase dashboard.
• The filters and visualizations can be used normally.

Common errors

Situation	What to do
The dashboard does not load	Verify the connection with Metabase; try "Open in Metabase" to access directly.
The iframe is blank	The dashboard may have been renamed or deleted in Metabase. Coordinate with the BI area.

Suggested permissions

• Read permission on the Dashboard submodule.

Operational recommendations

• Close the modal when you finish to free up resources.
• If you need an enlarged view, use "Open in Metabase" in a new tab.

Relation with other modules

• Operation: dashboards summarize the daily operation.
• Administration: administrative dashboards can be included here.
