Consult patient study history
Objective
Consult in a consolidated way all studies associated with a patient, grouped by type and status, to view their clinical trajectory.
Before starting
- The patient must exist and have at least one registered study.
Step by step
- Enter the Study capture module.
- Open the Patients tab.
- Locate the patient in the list (alphabetical or by medical record).
- Expand their row by clicking the expand icon.
- Review the list of associated studies with their type, status and date.
- To view the detail of a specific study, click on the row.
Expected result
- The list shows the patient's complete history with their studies.
- Each study preserves its type, status, date and results.
- It is possible to open any of the studies for consultation, reprinting or resending.

Common errors
| Situation | What to do |

| The patient does not appear | Verify that they have at least one registered study. If not, the studies must be captured first. |
| The studies are not updated | Refresh the page; the list is loaded lazily. |

MEDICAL_CAPTURE: READ(included with any level of the module).
Operational recommendations
- Before starting a new study, review the patient's history to avoid duplication.
- Keeping the finished studies in the history helps with clinical traceability.
Relation with other modules
- Patients: the history is organized by patient.
- Prescriptions: studies that generate prescriptions are automatically linked.
- Gamete bank: freezing and unfreezing studies reference bank samples.
