Objective

Generate a printable PDF of the study with all its data (capture, interpretation, results, images and doctor's signature).

Before starting

• The study must have captured data.
• Access to the Study capture module.

Step by step

1. Enter the Study capture module.
2. Locate the study in any of the tabs (Capture, Interpretation, Results, Finished).
3. Click the study's Print icon.
4. The system generates the study PDF.
5. From the PDF viewer, send to the printer or save.

Expected result

• The PDF contains:
  • Header with clinic data.
  • Patient data.
  • Study data according to its type.
  • Medical interpretation.
  • Attached images.
  • Responsible doctor's signature.

Common errors

Situation	What to do
The PDF is not generated	Check the connection; retry.
Images are missing from the PDF	Confirm that the images have been attached correctly.
The signature does not appear	Configure the doctor's signature in their profile.

Suggested permissions

• MEDICAL_CAPTURE: READ (included with any level of the module).

Operational recommendations

• Print on letterhead paper if the clinic requires it.
• Before printing, verify that the study is complete and the interpretation is signed.

Relation with other modules

• Patients: the patient data is included in the PDF.
• Gamete bank: studies that interact with the bank show the sample information.
