Objective

Enable or disable the sending of notifications for a specific action, keeping the recipient configuration.

Before starting

• Locate the action in the list.
• Have WRITE on the Notifications submodule.

Step by step

1. Enter the Notifications module.
2. Locate the action.
3. In the row, use the switch or the actions menu to activate or deactivate the scope.
4. Confirm the change.

Expected result

• The scope status changes to active or inactive.
• If deactivated, the action no longer triggers notifications even if it has configured recipients.
• The system shows a success message.

Common errors

Situation	What to do
The notification keeps coming	Verify that the scope is inactive and that the user does not have automatic rules.
The change does not apply	Refresh the page; the system may take a few seconds.

• Write permission on the Notifications submodule.

• Keep the recipient configuration to reactivate without reconfiguring.
