Common errors
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| The Edit button does not appear | Verify the PATIENTS: WRITE permission. |
| The data is not saved | Check the connection and that the mandatory fields are complete. |
| The medical record is empty | It is only generated when saving for the first time; it is not editable in some flows. |
| Changes are not seen in Schedule | Refresh the Schedule page or wait for the system to invalidate the cache. |
Suggested permissions

Relation with other modules
- Schedule: when changing the patient's phone, future appointments still show the previous phone until they are refreshed. Coordinate with the schedule team to confirm.
- Cash box: if there are pending payments, the name change is reflected in tickets and receipts generated from that moment.
- Prescriptions and studies: the updated name appears in new PDFs and sends; those already generated keep the data from the moment of issue.
