Objective

Define to which patients the marketing campaign will be sent, either by a smart segment or by a custom selection.

Before starting

  • Have clear the objective of the campaign (which patients I want to reach).
  • Review the available smart segments.

Step by step - Smart segment

  1. In the Marketing module, in the Audience section, select the segment:
    • THIS_MONTH: current month patients.
    • LAST_90_DAYS: patients with activity in the last 90 days.
    • YEAR_TO_DATE: patients with activity in the last 12 months.
  2. The system loads the list of patients that meet the criteria.
  3. Verify the audience size (max 500).

Step by step - Custom selection

  1. Use the free search in the patient table.
  2. Check the patients one by one.
  3. The system shows the count and the selection KPIs.
  4. Verify that 500 patients are not exceeded.

Expected result

  • The audience is defined.
  • The system shows the KPIs and the strategy message.
  • You can continue with the form capture.

Common errors
